Es wird \u00fcber die Eignung des Verfahrens f\u00fcr den konkreten Konflikt entschieden, das weitere Vorgehen besprochen und die Zusammenarbeit geregelt.<\/li>\n<li>In der n\u00e4chsten Phase werden die Konfliktbereiche festgestellt und die <strong>Themen<\/strong>, die innerhalb des Verfahrens besprochen werden sollen, festgelegt und gewichtet. Im weiteren Verlauf werden die Themen einzeln bearbeitet.<\/li>\n<li>Die Phase der Konflikterhellung ist das Kernst\u00fcck der Mediation. Jede Partei erh\u00e4lt die Gelegenheit, ihre Sicht auf den Konflikt darzustellen. Es geht vor allem darum, die <strong>Interessen, Beweggr\u00fcnde und Bed\u00fcrfnisse<\/strong>, die hinter den Positionen verborgen liegen, herauszuarbeiten. Von Bedeutung ist sowohl das Verstehen der eigenen Beweggr\u00fcnde als auch die der anderen Seite.<\/li>\n<li>Im folgenden Schritt steht die Erarbeitung m\u00f6glichst zahlreicher, kreativer <strong>L\u00f6sungsoptionen<\/strong> im Vordergrund, die zun\u00e4chst nur gesammelt und noch nicht auf ihre Umsetzbarkeit \u00fcberpr\u00fcft werden.<\/li>\n<li>In der Phase der <strong>Verhandlung<\/strong> werden alle genannten L\u00f6sungsoptionen von den Beteiligten diskutiert und bewertet. Es wird dar\u00fcber verhandelt, welche L\u00f6sung f\u00fcr alle Beteiligten geeignet ist.<\/li>\n<li>Am Ende steht die <strong>Vereinbarung<\/strong>.
