Sie stellen die Eckpfeiler der Mediation dar.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Vertraulichkeit<\/strong> &#8211; Mediation findet im gesch\u00fctzten Rahmen statt. Der Mediator ist zur Verschwiegenheit verpflichtet. Dies ist die Grundvoraussetzung daf\u00fcr, dass auch schwierige und emotional belastende Themen angesprochen werden k\u00f6nnen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Freiwilligkeit<\/strong> &#8211; Niemand kann zur Mediation gezwungen werden. Alle Beteiligten, auch der Mediator, k\u00f6nnen die Mediation zu jeder Zeit beenden.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Eigenverantwortlichkeit<\/strong> &#8211; Die Beteiligten treffen ihre Entscheidungen selbst\u00e4ndig und eigenverantwortlich. Die Entscheidungshoheit wird nicht auf eine dritte Person \u00fcbertragen. Dies ist f\u00fcr die Akzeptanz der Entscheidung und die Bereitschaft zur Umsetzung besonders relevant.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Allparteilichkeit<\/strong> &#8211; Der Mediator als vermittelnde Person ist verpflichtet, alle Parteien gleicherma\u00dfen zu unterst\u00fctzen.
